His diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between design, performance, and execution, helping builders and homeowners create high-performing, durable homes. Josh is passionate about improving building standards through practical education and collaborative problem-solving. Based in the Fraser Valley, he continues to advocate for smarter building practices that benefit both industry professionals and homeowners alike.
