ABOUT US
When Brian Van Roekel was a teenager, he spent his evenings, after school, Saturdays, and summer holidays working as a carpenter’s helper. Over the years, as his passion for construction grew, Brian became a certified journeyman carpenter. He started building custom homes in 1988. He has been a member of New Home Warranty companies since the early 90’s and builds quality projects. Brian’s passion lies in every aspect of the building process, and he enjoys helping make people's dreams become a reality. Currently working on his Master Builder Accreditation through the Home Builders Association. Brian’s education, training, and learning never stops.
In 1987, Brian started his own company, BV Industries Ltd, which eventually expanded into other construction projects, including building spec and custom homes, commercial and retail businesses, fitness clubs, churches, and insurance claims. Today, our primary focus is custom home building, supported by our outstanding teams of tradesmen, engineers, and designers.

Responsible for the overall governance of the Association, CHBA Fraser Valley’s Board of Directors brings together volunteer leaders from the Fraser Valley.
